The data is processed solely to follow up on the user’s enquiry (a request for information or for a demo of signomat.eu) and is not used for marketing or profiling without further, specific consent.
Processing is based on the consent expressed by the data subject by ticking the relevant box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary in order for us to reply; without it, the enquiry cannot be handled.
Data collected through the form is retained for as long as is strictly necessary to handle the enquiry and for any period required by legal obligations. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymised.
